YOU WILL KNOW YOUR ORDER HAS FINISHED PROCESSING WHEN YOU RECIEVE AN EMAIL NOTIFICATION WITH THE TRACKING NUMBER. THIS MEANS YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN FULFILLED OR IS ABOUT TO BE FULFILLED. WHEN IT SHIPS, YOU'LL GET A NOTIFICATION THAT THERE'S MOVEMENT ON THE TRACKING.WE DO NOT SEND OUT ANY OTHER COMMUNICATIONS APART FROM YOUR ORDER CONFIRMATION AND YOURTRACKING INFO.IF YOU HAVE NOT HEARD FROM US, YOUR ORDER IS STILL PROCESSING!IF YOU ARE PASSED YOUR PROCESSING TIME, PLEASE EMAIL INFO@BABYHAIRLIFESTYLE.COM
*We are not responsible for any packages lost in transit or stolen upon delivery. All of our hair packages require signature through FedEx, please ensure that you will be home at the time of delivery. If you will not be home at the time of delivery or the second & third delivery attempt, the driver will leave a card stating that you can collect the parcel at a FedEx sorting center. You have five days in which to collect the parcel, after which it will be returned to the sender/us.* PLEASE GET THE SHIPPING INSURANCE DURING CHECKOUT. OTHERWISE, IF YOU'RE PACKAGE SAYS DELIVERED AND SIGNED FOR AT YOUR ADDRESS, WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSILBE FOR IT GETTING STOLEN.
We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times.We entrust FedEx to deliver your package on time.
